Lakes Entrance Aged Care Facility endeavors to provide a friendly, home like, and personalized approach, within a warm friendly atmosphere, where staff are dedicated to ensuring quality of care and services to residents is optimized at all times.

Cultural diversity is important and valued by all staff employed at the Facility, and residents are encouraged to continue practicing, their religious beliefs, values and individuality. A variety of life experiences are individualized for residents such as, sing a longs, arts, crafts, cooking, discussion groups and outdoor activities to name a few.

Residents' rooms are their own private haven and all staff respect the privacy of residents living at the Facility; Lakes Entrance offers a selection of 75 luxurious rooms to suit their personal and caring needs. There are several alcoves and courtyards with paved pathways and garden furniture, allowing residents' access to secure garden areas to sit and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air.

Residents have access to 24 hr nursing care, visiting podiatry, physiotherapy, dental and dietician services to name a few are regular services provided to the Facility thus ensuring that the complete well being of the residents is constantly enhanced.
