George Vowell Development Completed

George Vowell Residential Aged Care, in Mount Eliza, recently unveiled its extension and refurbishment to the industry at their Premier Preview.

The residence, originally catering to the care needs of 90 residents, has been extended to include an additional 34 single suites, dining area, activities room and lounge rooms. A Community Hub has also been created, which offers a cafe, private dining room, beauty salon, library and children's playroom.

Publicly listed company Japara Healthcare (ASX:JHC) recently announced the acquisition of the Profke Aged Care Group and its four facilities in New South Wales and Queensland. The acquisition marks the entry of Japara Healthcare into the Queensland aged care market.
