The Aged Care Services Australia Group offer every type of residential aged care you could possibly need. Both high and low level care are available for those looking for a quality solution to their long or short term residential care needs.

Our residents receive the attention they require, in a timely, respectful and caring manner. We are committed to optimal staff/resident ratios, so our staff continue to provide quality care.

The Aged Care Service Australia Group encourages you to remain under the care of your own doctor, with whom you already have an established relationship. However, if your doctor is unable to visit you, we can provide you with the details of caring doctors/specialists who offer their services in our facilities.

Food and Beverages
All food is cooked fresh in our modern kitchens.
The diverse menu is developed by our Chefs
in consultation with our residents and dietitians.

Special diets, such as texture modifications, low fat etc. are catered for.

All facilities provide beer, wine, sherry and port with “happy hours” and some programmed events. Residents may choose to provide other forms of alcohol for their own consumption.

A refrigerator may be located in your room to stock with food items for your personal use and for the storage of drinks.

Complimentary Health Therapies
Some additional therapies include:
• Podiatry – regular visits available to residents requiring the service
• Physiotherapy – provides group classes and “one to one” sessions
• Dietitian – when referrals are made through your treating doctor or nursing staff
• Dentist/Dental technician when required.

Other Health Services
We respect your right to choose any type of treatment available. We can arrange for you to access your chosen therapist but costs for these services are to be met by the resident.

These services include:
• Audiometry and Audiology
• Massage (complimentary in extra service facilities)
• Optometrist
• Prescribed medication is supplied by a Pharmacist, the cost of the medication is met by the resident.

Laundry Services
Our in-house laundries provide a daily service. We wash and dry your clothes, taking special care with your more delicate garments.

Hairdressing/Manicurist
Hairdressers are in attendance Monday to Friday. Residents are responsible for the costs of their
hair cuts (complimentary in extra service facilities).
